This project was a new building that replaced an existing house on a mature suburban site.  The residence is in a highly desirable neighborhood that is heavily treed.  The new house is built from insulated concrete form construction for strength, durability and energy efficiency.  The vaulted ceilings are accented with hewn timber beams and the interior finished with simple, craftsmen details.  The high roof articulates the combined living room, dining room, kitchen and sunroom for an impressive living space.
